Our new small batch collection of beautiful chocolates feature single origin cacao from small family farms around the world. We are among just a handful of chocolatiers in the United States sourcing rare South American varietals. Justin was one of six chocolatiers and pastry chefs selected to travel to Ecuador and witness the cacao harvest first hand. We only use the highest quality ingredients for our small batch collection and collaborate locally with Bucks County purveyors whenever possible.
