FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do we ship?
We ship all year round throughout the United States, even Alaska and Hawaii, using USPS Priority Mail. We charge a flat price of $14 per shipment with packages arriving within 1-3 days of shipping. For warmer climates and in warmer months, orders are shipped in a solar insulated, shield lined box with ice packs. Shipping is limited to Monday thru Wednesday to prevent any packages from sitting longer than necessary. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Once your package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any delays that rarely, but may occur, due to issues with USPS. Please feel free to contact us and we will try to help resolve whatever issues have occurred.
How should you store your chocolate?
Store your chocolate in a cool place in your house (68 degrees or lower is great) and out of direct sunlight. The pantry is a perfect spot. We recommend that you do NOT refrigerate your chocolate, as this can gather unwanted moisture and change the flavor.
How long does chocolate last?
Our chocolate is handmade daily on the premises and are best consumed within the first four to six weeks of purchase.
Is our chocolate gluten free?
The majority of our chocolate is gluten free. Some of our meltaways have inclusions which contain gluten. (Cookies n' Cream, S'mores, Mint Cookie, Coffee Doughnut) Please be aware that we do use shared equipment in our facility. For severe gluten and tree nut allergies, we do not recommend consuming our chocolate.
Do we have vegan chocolate?
We do have vegan chocolate. Selections include our dark chocolate nut clusters, bark, fruit and non pareils. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect vegan gift box.
Do we gift wrap?
Gift wrapping is no longer available. Your chocolate will be packed with care in one of our gold Pierre's boxes when ordering half pound, one pound and two pound gifts.
What is our return policy?
As per state law, we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your chocolates, please let us know and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
