A 38% Peruvian milk chocolate ganache with ginger, champagne, and a white peach pate de fruit. 

Highlander Truffle

Scotch with notes of cool lemon and vanilla blended with a milk and dark chocolate ganache.

 

Limoncello Truffle

70% dark chocolate truffle with the finest imported Italian limoncello.

 

Maple Whiskey Truffle

This creation was inspired by a local product brand new to the marketplace. A maple syrup aged in whiskey barrels. That maple syrup, our milk chocolate, and of course a little Hewn Spirits local whiskey makes this an extremely delicious truffle!

All blended together with a 38% Peruvian milk chocolate ganache.

DUAL ORIGIN - ECUADOR AND DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. SINGLE BEAN - TRINITARIO.

Select Andean Nacional and Caribbean Trinitario cacao beans result in a very fruity chocolate, with notes of ripe yellow fruits and hints of cool spices such as menthol and camphor. A beautiful combination of bitterness and astringency with a strong chocolate flavor throughout.

Sublime Coco Lime

71% Ecuadorian/Dominican Republic dark chocolate lime infused ganache layered with a moist shredded coconut. This piece is vegan. Made with organic coconut milk.

Manoff Market Gardens apple cider syrup blended into our gooey caramel with hand ground Mexican cinnamon.

This single origin 65% dark chocolate from Ecuador is a rare forestero cacao varietal. Bright floral notes are prominent as well as hints of tea & nut with a pronounced banana finish.

62% Peruvian solid dark chocolate.

Peruvian criollo beans. Notes of berry and strong cacao.

 

Smoked Vermont Maple Truffle

A 38% Peruvian milk chocolate ganache with smoked maple syrup from Sugar Bob's in Londonderry VT and a maple crunch from April's Maple in Caanan VT.

Banana Rum Truffle

Fresh banana puree combined with an Ecuadorian milk chocolate blend. Finished with a splash of Hewn Spirits' Shipmate Rum.
