Charoset is symbolic of the mortar the Hebrews used to build while enslaved. Today it is made during Passover to balance the bitterness and show the optimism of the Seder. Our Charoset Bon Bon is dried cinnamon apples soaked in Manischewitz wine with chopped walnuts encased in a dark shell.
