Spend an evening behind the scenes at Pierre's learning how all that delicious chocolate is made.  You will taste single origin chocolates, learn about the sourcing of fair trade chocolates, and  the history of Pierre's Chocolates which is celebrating its 40th year in business.   We will close out the evening with you creating your own chocolates to take home to enjoy!
Our class schedule is Tuesday, July 21st from 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday July 25th from 2:00-3:30.
