Spend an afternoon behind the scenes at Pierre's learning how all that delicious chocolate is made.  You will taste single origin chocolates, learn about the sourcing of fair trade chocolates, and the history of Pierre's Chocolates which is celebrating its 40th year in business.   We will close out the class with you creating your own chocolates to take home to enjoy!
