Spend an evening behind the scenes at Pierre's learning how all that delicious chocolate is made. You will get to taste some single origin chocolates and learn about the sourcing of fair trade chocolates. Lastly, you will get to make your own chocolate to take home with you!

Classes for October will be featuring truffles! You will learn how to make a chocolate ganache center, roll and then enrobe the ganache into the finished piece of chocolate.
